Problems encountered after purchasing tickets.

If you do not receive a confirmation number by email after you have submitted payment information, but the transaction appears in your account or on your credit card, simply follow the following steps;

- You present, as when you have your email confirmation, at the top, where we check the tickets.

-You tell the doormen that you have not received a confirmation email.

-You tell them the film Andthe representation which you purchased, as well as Your email address.

Gatekeepers have access to transaction lists and will be able to have your tickets printed without problem. It doesn't take longer and you don't have to queue at the ticket office.
