Currency

All ticket prices for the Cinema 9 are in Canadian dollars.

Payment methods

We only accept payments by credit card (VISA / MasterCard).

Pricing and Availability

Ciné-Manager.com sells tickets on behalf of Cinéma 9.

Order confirmation

If you do not receive an email with your confirmation number after submitting your payment information, if you receive a message of error, or if there is a service interruption after submitting yout payment information, you are responsible for contacting customer services whether your order has been processed or not. You are the only person who knows about the problems encountered during the purchase process. Ciné-Manager.com cannot be held responsible for losses (pecuniary or other) if you assume that an order has not been processed because you have not received confirmation.

Service charge

A ticket purchased on Ciné-Manager.com is subject to an additional service charge ranging from $0.50 to $1.50 depending on the product purchased.

Events postponed or canceled

It could happen that performances or activities at the Cinema 9 are cancelled. In such a case, we will contact you to inform you of the refund or exchange procedures for this event. If you purchase a ticket via Ciné-Manager.com, and a refund is issued by the Cinema 9, a credit will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase, and the ticket holder will not be able to obtain a refund by presenting the ticket in person.

Changes of dates and performances

To change the date, time or movie on your ticket, you must contact customer services at the following address cinema9gat@yahoo.ca at least 1 hour before the start of the movie. We will not make changes or refunds if the request is sent after the start of the movie.

Refunds

You must carefully check the choice of film, date and time before finalizing your transaction since, unless otherwise indicated to this effect, no refund is granted once your transaction has been processed.

Verification of billing information

Orders are processed only after verification of billing address and other billing information. Sometimes we receive inaccurate billing or credit card information. This may delay the processing and delivery of the ticket order. In these cases, Cinema 9 customer services will attempt to contact you using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we cannot reach you, we may cancel your order and sell your tickets to other customers.

Electronic ticket delivery methods

E-tickets are delivered by email. You may print them yourself or simply show your tickets on your cellphone! Unlike the traditional ticket, the electronic ticket is printed from your computer. It uses a unique and different barcode (QR) for each purchase.

Price errors

If the amount paid for a ticket is incorrect, whether due to the erroneous publication of the price on this website or in another communication: Ciné-Manager.com reserves the right to cancel the ticket (or the sale of the ticket) and to reimburse you the amount paid. This applies whether due to human error or technical difficulties of this website or another system operated by Ciné-Manager.com.
